Background
The PausenBrot app was initially idealized to offer a convenient platform for users to order their favorite snacks and meals. However, user feedback revealed several areas needing improvement, particularly in the ordering and in-store experience. Customers expressed frustration with the complexity of the app's navigation, long wait times for order pickups, and difficulties in finding available seating. Recognizing these pain points, we embarked on this project to enhance the app, ensuring it meets the evolving needs and expectations of our users. By addressing these concerns, we aim to transform PausenBrot into a seamless and enjoyable app, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Streamlined Ordering Process
Revamp the ordering interface to be more intuitive and user-friendly. This includes simplifying the navigation, making product categories and items easier to find, and reducing the number of steps required to complete an order. The goal is to decrease the time users spend placing orders and minimize any confusion or errors during the process.
Efficient Pickup System
Implement a robust and reliable order tracking system that allows users to monitor their orders in real time. Users will receive timely notifications about the status of their orders, including preparation progress and when the order is ready for pickup. This aims to reduce the time users spend waiting and ensure a smoother, more predictable pickup experience.
Enhanced In-Store Experience
Develop features that improve the in-store experience for users, such as a real-time seating availability map and a friend locator tool. These features will help users easily find available seats and locate their friends within the store, making the in-store visit more pleasant and social. This enhancement seeks to create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage users to spend more time in-store.

Redesign the app's interface to prioritize ease of use. This involves creating a cleaner, more organized layout with clear product categories and descriptions. Real-Time Order Tracking and Notifications
